Bilingu feels impotent

One day, Bilingu was complaining about work. Bilingu was having a bad day, and he really felt that the didn't have control over a lot of the things happening to him. It was sad for Bilingu, clearly. To express his feelings, Bilingu said:

"I feel impotent."

I think that's called "over-sharing", Bilingu.
